Who We Serve
Minnesota FFA Foundation serves many partners:
The Minnesota FFA Foundation serves to secure resources for the FFA and other partners of Team AgEd, a group of Minnesota organizations committed to promoting local program success. These resources include financial support and other in-kind support that advances agricultural education in Minnesota.
With a membership of nearly 10,000 members, the FFA provides opportunities to develop leadership skills through Career Development Events, conferences and individualized learning through Supervised Agricultural Experience programs. These students are from Minnesota’s 195 programs located throughout Minnesota.
The Minnesota Association of Agricultural Educators is an organization of 300-plus teachers of agriculture at the high school, post-secondary and adult levels who seek to advance agricultural education in Minnesota. MAAE strives to provide leadership opportunities, service and advocacy for its members.
Future agricultural education instructors are being supported as they prepare for this career. There are three universities in the state that prepare individuals to obtain their agricultural education license, they include University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, University of Minnesota-Crookston and Southwest Minnesota State University.
